Late last year, Adele disclosed that she had adopted a brand new and clean eating routine in order to improve her health and make sure her voice stays in its ideal condition. One year on and Adele went from chubby to slim, receiving praises from her colleagues and fans when her transformation images from her birthday took the internet by storm. Adele looked hot to trot in a black mini dress and blonde tresses.
Talking to Vogue in an earlier interview, she confessed that her diet plan got boring at times but she remained determined to accomplish the target she set out for. She acknowledged the Sirtfood Diet (which permits only 1,000 calories a day) and working with her personal trainer, Pete Geracimo, for primarily contributing to her drastic weight loss. The Sirtfood Diet plan helps to reduce one’s appetite while also regulating the way in which our bodies process fat and sugar. She cut out junk and processed food and drinks, after which he slowly and gradually started to see motivating results. Not too long ago, the Australian actor, comedian, writer and producer told the world that 2020 will be her ‘Year of Health’. And boy, did she stick to her word! The starlet recently shocked the world with her massive transformation. Speaking to the Sun about the same, she said, “I turned 40 as well in March and so I thought, this is gonna be it. This is going to be the year for me to just concentrate on the health benefits.”
She also spoke about why she choose to get on the fitness path. “It’s not like I want to lose weight and get to around a certain number. It’s more than that, it’s about dealing mentally with why I was overeating and I had a job where I was paid a lot of money to be bigger, at times which kind of can mess with your head a bit.” Wilson continued, “So now I’m just trying to work on the mental side and the physical job and doing a lot of personal training and, and on the nutrition side like it’s, it’s cool I should probably write a book at some point about it because people seem to be interested.”
