Hands down, she leads the pack when it comes to pulling off skirts in varying lengths and designs. Whether she steps out in a pencil cut or a figure-hugging one that clings to her lean physique, fans like us take note every time and we cannot help but derive some inspiration too. The supermodel has showcased some head-turning moments during her time as one of the finest style stars in Pakistan’s entertainment industry. Here is a lowdown of the many times our favourite fashion icon has donned different skirts and nailed each look with utmost perfection.
The striped one
Our jaws dropped when Amo B uploaded a picture of herself last summer in a drool-worthy outfit. She looked stunning in a midi skirt – featuring stripes in pink, green, black and white – paired with a tucked-in black top. A well-fitted blazer added an extra oomph to the classy look that she seemed to be aiming for. She completed her look with a neutral coloured Bottega clutch and Dior kitten heels. However, her Zara skirt surely did all the talking… and walking! She left her hair in loose waves and went for a deep brown pout.
The Scottish vibe
A loosely fitted jumper coupled with a flowing skirt is surely a win-win combination. In September 2019, Amo B posted a throwback image on the photo-sharing platform. Clad in a full sleeves turtle-neck top, she opted for a plaid kilt in predominantly red and blue. The latter entailed belt-like buckle accents on one side and provided for an easy, breezy look. The hot pink flats added to the finishing touches. No one does skirts like her and that’s a given!
The mermaid feel
On another occasion, the ace model knocked it out of the park in a tea pink skirt that cinched at her thighs and opened into flares towards the bottom. She matched it with an animal-printed sweater that comprised black and blue spots all over. We like how she left her look understated with black Roger Vivier pumps, an updo and flashy earrings. Amo B surely gets a 10/10 on our checklist!
The summertime touch
Matching separates and that too in white chikan? Just wow! This was one of those ensembles that hit all the right notes, from the neckline to the high-low length of the skirt. What we adored about the whole look was the fact that it can be worn from day to night, be it for an afternoon lunch, an evening soiree or a date night. Adding a pop of colour, Amo B styled her look with a Gucci belt bag. Oversized sunnies as well as the customized heels with ‘Amo’ engraved on them, stole the show! She left her accessories and makeup to a bare minimum.
The metallic look
This one exuded the right amount of hotness and funk. Picture-perfect in every way, Amo B donned the outfit on two occasions – during her pregnancy and after giving birth. Both times she looked equally glamourous, rocking the metallic look like a true style star. She paired the shiny skirt with a plain black top, letting the focus be on the former. And boy, did she win hearts everywhere! Pointed black, patent heels were a great choice for footwear. Blow-dried hair, a middle parting and flawless makeup made her stand out!
