Aamir Liaquat’s Ex-Wife Claims He Divorced Her Over The Phone: Here’s How Twitter Users Are Reacting

When Aamir Liaquat tied the knot with Tuba back in 2018, there were many speculations regarding his first wife Bushra Iqbal. Fast forward two years and she has now weighed in on her split with the TV personality on her Instagram and Twitter accounts. Taking to the social media platforms, Bushra claimed that the politician divorced her over the phone. “Salam, I think its time I bring about some clarity regarding my relationship with my ex-husband Aamir Liaquat. He has divorced me,” she wrote. Bushra added, “However, divorcing me is one thing, but doing it in front of Tuba on call at her request, was perhaps the most painful and traumatic thing for my children and I.”

 

 

 

She continued, “I rest my case to Allah.” While several of her followers came out in support of her, some internet users are clarifying that it is not true. “Lies. Lies. Lies! Khatoon upar wala sab daikh raha hai,” wrote one user. Another added, “There is more to this. It’s not true.”

Meanwhile, others came to Bushra’s rescue, wishing her love, light and strength. “You contributed big time to Aamir’s success. Just wanted to tell you to seal your lips and you will see unbelievable things because Allah dekh raha ha,” read a post. A user tweeted, “I hope Fahad Mustafas next drama venture will be about men who victimize themselves publicly while running public offices & divorce their wives in front of her kids for another woman on call. Shame on you @AamirLiaquat. Go repost photos of your new wife now.” Some users remained diplomatic in their stance too. A user noted, “Very sorry to read this note. I don’t like him a bit BUT I’m not going to comment about him because at one time he was your husband and he’s the father of your children. Allah will give you Ajar for this Sabr, insha Allah. Stay blessed Bushra, Ameen.”
