Comparisons are often made between stars from India and Pakistan, be it their acting, sense of style or attitude towards fans. But not often do we see people drawing parallels between their looks! This brings us to an ongoing conversation on Twitter where social media users have been going gaga since morning about an Indian actor sharing an uncanny resemblance to Pakistani star Ali Rehman Khan. The latter is a film, television and theatre actor popular for his work in the drama serial Rishtay Kuch Adhooray Se. Now, Khan is being compared to his Bollywood counterpart Nakuul Mehta and we are sold!

The Indian TV actor is known for his roles in Ishqbaaaz and Avant Garde. The first to notice the similarities between the two actors’ physical features was this Twitter user named Anum Hanif. She went so far as to make a collage of Khan and Mehta. “Itni resemblance (So much resemblance!) They are different actors – one is Ali Rehman Khan and the other actor is Nakuul Mehta,” she wrote. Wow, don’t they look just like each other? We THINK so!

Mehta came across the post and immediately noticed the similarity between him and Khan. “6 degrees of separation & all that,” he posted, also tagging Khan in his tweet. A witty Khan wasted no time in replying to Mehta, adding, “Told you going to that Kumbh ka maila was a bad idea.” He was hinting at the age-old story about siblings getting lost at a village festival. Making another picture collage of the two actors, another user commented, “While watching Janaan it was so intriguing to see that they share an uncanny resemblance at some angles.” Another user stated, “I totally agree!” What do you think about this latest development?
