Ali Zafar’s Sindhi Song ‘Allay’ Trends For All The Right Reasons

Following the soaring success of Laila O’ Laila, Ali Zafar and Urooj Fatima are back with a bang. The duo is all set to enthrall music listeners with the majestic Allay Munja Mar Wara. The track and music video featuring budding rapper Abid Brohi sheds light on the ethos and rich culture of Sindh. The song is dedicated to all Sindhi brothers and sisters and stresses on the need to give Ajrak craftsmen their due while also promoting the province’s heritage around the world. The single has been trending on the micro-blogging platform Twitter since yesterday. And need we say, for all the right reasons!

Share this song.” Others referred to Zafar as Pakistan’s true rock star! A Sindhi user appreciated the musician’s efforts in spreading awareness about his culture. He tweeted, “I am Sindhi. This song #Allay is brilliant and I really enjoyed it. We know that you worked hard for this song, you’re promoting our Sindhi culture thank you very much and we love you so much.” A similar post read, “Thank you so much for uplifting a oir Sindh lok geet/song to another level.
