The upcoming Drama serial Younhi is directed by the ace director Ehtsham-Ud-Din.
Actor Bilal Ashraf is quite a well-known name in the film industry. Known for his impeccable acting skills, his macho looks, and his strong screen presence, Bilal has appeared in lead roles in several movies including Janan, Yalgaar, Superstar, and many more with leading actresses of our times. Now the news has it that Bilal Ashraf is set to appear in his first television drama serial, Younhi.
Coming in the leading role alongside actress Maya Ali, the drama serial Younhi will be directed by the Ehtasham-Ud-Din. Though it wasn’t revealed which channel it will be finally on-aired, since it’s a Momima Durraid production and directed by Ehtasham, we will get to see the drama on HUM Channel. It’s a fresh pairing for both of the leading cast. However, Maya Ali and Bilal Ashraf have already appeared in my fashion photoshoots for HSY and Alkaram and are official brand ambassadors for Quetta Gladiators in Pakistan Super League (PSL).
The Janan actor shared the exciting news on his social media handle. The picture appeared with a clapperboard that wrote the title of the drama serial Younhi, the production house name that is MD productions and starting August 27th. Bilal Ashraf captioned the Instagram post by writing “Bismillah Pehla” and tagged all the leading cast and crew including Maya Ali, producer Momina Durraid, Ehtasham-Ud-Din, Khizer Idrees, Hum Channel’s official Instagram handle, Yasir Abid and Noman Syed.
On the other hand, Maya Ali posted a picture of the script written in Episode 1 and captioned it by saying Bismillah. Maya Ali’s last drama serial was Jo Bicharh Gaye which aired on Geo and she will make her appearance on the HUM channel after 6 years.
