The fifth edition of the Dubai fitness challenge has begun. Dubai Fitness challenge 2021 started from October 29th up until November 27th 2021is a celebration of fitness and wellness. Initiated by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, the month-long annual event is a reminder to keep yourself physically fit, embrace the outdoors and take part in activities happening city-wide.

The Signature Event Dubai Ride Is Back With A Bang:
With a month-long calendar of free workouts, exciting fitness events, and wellness-centric entertainment, there’s plenty of inspiration to keep moving. Presented by the DP world, the signature event Dubai Ride allows cyclists to choose between a 14-kilometer general route around Sheikh Zayed Road or a 4km fun ride with family and friends around Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard. Dubai Run By Mai Dubai Is Making A Come Back On 27th Of November:
The signature event Dubai Run is making a return with a blast. There will be a 5km route for families and a 10km for athletes, with both starting next to Emirates Towers Metro Station on Sheikh Zayed Road. The Night Run At Run The Track Starts On November 9th
Take things up a gear with this floodlit run at the Dubai Autodrome. Run The Track is an athletic activity suitable for runners of all abilities and ages, from beginners to seasoned athletes, and kids as young as six are welcome to join in. Opt for the challenge of the 10km course, or run 5km or 3km instead. All three end at the chequered flag and every participant who crosses the finish line will receive a medal and a certificate.

This year’s Dubai fitness challenge’s main challenge includes Fitness villages at the mentioned locations. The locations are

The fitness village will include a range of physical activities like paddle cycling, yoga, volleyball, cricket, and football. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, these villages will operate throughout the entire 30 days of DFC.
Dubai Padel Cup Will Feature World-Class Professionals And Exhibition Matches:
The World Padel Academy and Dubai’s Padel clubs are hosting a month-long extravaganza for padel players and fans of the sport. You can watch the world’s best players, join competitive matches or try the beginner and intermediate leagues. Alternatively, if you’re just starting out, DFC participants can book free coaching and padel clinics to get to grips with the game.
Expo 2020 X Dubai Fitness Challenge:
Since Expo 2020 is the talk of the town these past few days, a fitness challenge was bound to happen.
• Get your comfy running boots on and train on Expo Running Club classes and get that heart pumping.
• A huge number of events will be hosted by participating countries at the Fitness Village throughout Expo 2020, including the arrival of the Harlem Globetrotters to launch a 3-on-3 basketball tournament every weekend of DFC.
• Situated next to the Mobility Gate, the sporting wonderland features a state-of-the-art gym, five-a-side football pitch, multi-purpose court for basketball, netball, volleyball, and tennis.

14 fitness in total located across numerous commercial as well residential will offer you the chance to get moving with the help of certified fitness instructors. Every fitness hub will offer a different mix of sports and fitness sessions such as bodyweight training, cycling, HIIT, and Zumba.
Get Your Heart Pumping With These Free Events Around Dubai:
Many places are offering free sessions to get the blood pumping. Theatre of Digital Art will host free yoga sessions with a certified yoga coach every Friday from 10 am to 11 am, starting this Friday, and continuing until Friday, November 26. Meanwhile, from this Friday until Saturday, November 27, Festival Plaza will be hosting free Zumba sessions in the mall, at 7.30 pm daily during weekdays and 10 am on weekends.
