Fahad Mustafa and Mahira Khan’s much-awaited Quaid e Azam Zindabad is approaching its release and fans can hardly wait. Both Mahira Khan and Fahad Mustafa took to social media to unveil the first look of the film earlier this year and now the trailer is all set to release over the weekend.
To mark the release of the trailer, both Mahira Khan and Fahad Mustafa took to their respective Instagram accounts to share some stills from the film and announced that the trailer will be dropping on Saturday. “No nation can rise to the height of glory unless your women are side by side with you.’ – Quaid e Azam Mohd Ali Jinnah,” Mahira Khan captioned the post while adding, “TEASER releases this Saturday!! Lets do this.”
Fahad Mustafa on the other hand captioned his post, “shot from upcoming film #QuaidEAzamZindabad, Teaser coming out this saturday.”
The film is directed by Nabeel Qureshi and co-written by him and Fiza Ali Meerza and this is the first time Fahad and Mahira will be starring opposite each other on the silver screen.
“I have never worked with Fahad Mustafa,” Mahira previously told BBC Urdu. “I really wanted to work with him but there just wasn’t any time. I can’t even begin to tell you the amount of projects the two of us have been offered together but the timing has never been right.”

The film’s promotional poster shows a bundle of thousand rupee notes with Quaid e Azam’s face being prominent. Alongside the poster Mahira wrote a caption that read, ” Kabhi yeh socha hai, note per Quaid-e-azam Ki tasveer kyun hai ? ( Have you ever wondered why there’s a photo of Quaid e Azam on the bill).”
