Gajar Ka Halwa/Carrot Pudding
Come winters and the brown households smells of sweet aromas of Gajar ka halwa because desi households are incomplete without this sweet delicacy. Be it desi winter weddings, get-togethers, or festive events, this creamy rich carrot pudding aka Gajar Ka Halwa is a unanimously favorite delicacy. Ghee, sugar, carrots, and milk is all you need to enter this sweet heaven. Keep stirring the milk and carrots till you get the right consistency.
