Hamza Ali Abbasi Is Returning To Television With Drama Serial Jaan-E-Jahan

Hamza Ali Abbasi is one of the finest actors in the Pakistani entertainment industry. He has made quite an impressive fan following with diverse roles and characters played to perfection. He was last seen in drama serial Alif alongside the ace actor Sajal Aly which  turned out to be the greatest hits of all time. After the drama serial that was aired in 2019, Hamza Ali Abbasi went on a break and has not been seen in any dramas since then.

News has it that the Man Mayal actor is all set to appear in a new drama serial Jaan-E-Jahan. The Legend Of Maula Jatt actor took to social media and shared that he will be making a return to the small screen with Jaan-e-Jahan. “Happy to introduce you to the captivating world of our upcoming project Jaan-e-Jahan written by Rida Bilal, directed by Qasim Ali Mureed,” an Instagram post read. “Produced by Samina Humayun Saeed and Sana Shahnawaz coming soon on a TV screen near you!”

Seems like Jaan-E-Jahan is going to be a magnum opus drama of 2023. The teaser of the drama shows a narration done by none other than actor Humayun Saeed. The teaser starts with poetry that says “Kissi Ayat Ki Tarah Ay Jaan-e-Jahan Tujhe aankhon sai Lagana Baki hai”. Though the female lead has still not been finalised but as per the fans, majority votes are going for actor Ayeza Khan as they want to see the Pyaray Afzal pair on screen again.

Hamza Ali Abbasi though has taken a long sabbatical from dramas, he was last seen in magnum opus movie The Legend Of Maula Jatt as Noori Natt. The movie became the highest grossing movie of all time and gave a new hope to the Pakistani film industry yet again.
