Mahira Khan shared a lovely picture of herself in which she can be seen partially. Her voluminous locks of hair can be seen and she sports a bare, no makeup look and can be seen gazing into the distance. The picture was accompanied with a caption which urges us to be mindful of your breath.

I think I get it, maybe,” the Raees actress said. “It is when you truly understand that every single time you take a breath, you are alive. Alive. With every single inhale, alive.
