TikTok sensation Jannat Mirza became an overnight celebrity courtesy her massive fan following on the video-sharing application. The starlet, who was recently in Japan for quite some time, returned to Pakistan last month. In a now viral video on TikTok, Mirza is being accused by a man for reportedly breaching his trust, making false promises to him and stealing his money. Uploading a clip on the social media platform, the accuser, who goes by the name of Wskhan19, captioned it, “Please mery 2 laak wapas kar dyain.”

He says, “I recently returned from Pakistan where I met TikToker Jannat Mirza. We made a deal in which she was supposed to make four videos for me. She asked me for Rs2 lakhs for the clips. I transferred the money to her and when I reached Lahore, I called her to come there and make the videos with me. She told me she would return my phone call in 30 minutes but she disappeared. She did not call be back nor did she reply to my text messages to her. Later, when she did reply, I had already left for the UK.” The man pleads in the video, “It is my request to you Jannat Mirza to return my money.”

He went on to claim that Jannat had been living off his money in Japan. “She was using my money in Japan and she lied and told me that she had returned to Pakistan. I trusted her and she lied. She did not even make the videos that she had to with me. I want my money back!” In another clip, he continues, “I will not take this video down Jannat Mirza. I have been begging you since two months to return my money and you haven’t yet. I will not remove this video until you give the money to me.” He concludes with, “I don’t want anything from you but I want my money back. I have given you my account details.”
