Maya Ali fans rejoice! There’s a lot to be excited about. The starlet recently revealed that she has been signed by director Shoaib Mansoor for his next film in which she will work alongside Emmad Irfani. How exciting!
Speaking to a local entertainment portal, the Mann Mayal actor revealed how blessed she was.
“I feel lucky, I feel blessed! One day I get a call from Shoaib Mansoor and the next thing I know is that I am doing the role,” she said. “The feeling is truly indescribable. After having worked with big names like Ahsan Rahim for my first film, and Asim Raza for my second film, I truly feel honoured that now I get to work with Shoaib Mansoor in my third film. It’s a big deal for me!”
Aside from this, the actor was careful not to reveal any more details about the film or her character or the script, however, she did share that the film is going to be something that she has never done before. Shoaib Mansoor’s next wll mark the first time Maya Ali and Emaad Irfani will be sharing screen space.

Maya Ali was last seen in the film Parey Hut Love alongside Sheheryar Munawar. Irfani made a cameo appearance in the movie 7 Din Mohabbat In. Maya Ali is all set to return to television screens with her upcoming drama Pehli Si Mohabbat. It is being directed by Anjum Shahzad and the script has been penned by Faiza Iftikhar.
Shoaib Mansoor has directed critically acclaimed Pakistani movies such as Khuda Ke Liye and Bol. The film is expected to go on floor this December and its official title is yet to be revealed. We’re super stoked for this!
