Pakistani First Neo-Noir Crime- Thriller Movie Carma Trailer Released The Action-Packed movie Carma includes actor Adnan Siddiqui, Zhalay Sarhadi, Naveen Waqar, and Osama Tahir among others.

Epic Car chasing, razor-sharp dialogues, blood-drenched faces, and thrilling twists and turns, no! we are not talking about some action-packed Hollywood movie. Lo and Behold! Carma, our very own first-of-its-kind action-packed Tarantino-inspired Pakistani movie just released its trailer. Venturing away from usual rom-com and socio-political themes, Carma takes inspiration from the work of celebrated Hollywood director Quentin Tarantino of Kill Bill and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood fame and forays into the action-thriller theme.
It’s a Dream Station Production, a joint venture of Kashan Admani and Fawad Hai. Brilliant music director and producer Kashan Admani, for the first time, wear a movie director’s cap and homogenously translates a compelling story into brilliant audio-visual storytelling with much ease and courage. The star cast includes leading names of the entertainment industry such as Adnan Siddiqui, Osama Tahir, Zhalay Sarhadi, Paras Masroor, Arjumand Rahim, Naveen Waqar, Khalid Anum, and many other young budding actors.
Now coming to the plot of the movie, basically, the movie’s plot is the basis for the title, which is a play on the word’s “karma” and “car” thus Carma. Written by Fawad Hai, the story which is based in Karachi is around a protagonist (played by Osama Tahir) who has been kidnapped by a group of racketeers. While a major part of the trailer shows some gory and tense scenes all happening within a car, we will also get to watch some female fury threaded in the teaser. Not your usual masala-packed comedy, Carma forays into never seen before themes like child labour, pedophilia, women empowerment, revenge, and adultery.
The Steller cast of the movie also posted the movie trailer on their social media platforms. Adnan Siddiqui posted on his Instagram handle and wrote “Was he kidnapped or did karma pay him a long-overdue visit? A rollercoaster of suspense, thrill, and action that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Zhalay Sarhadi wrote on her Instagram “A kidnapping that’s about to go horribly wrong! Great actors, strong women, a Tarantino-inspired non-linear storyline, and a thrilling soundtrack. Stay tuned for a vengeful dose of Carma coming soon!”
After looking at the teaser trailer, the movie is getting some mixed responses The highly anticipated movie aims to have a theatrical release by December 2021 or January 2022.
