Pretty in pink! Starlets who rocked pink this Eid

Eid is always a fashionable affair and this time around, it wasn’t any different. We may have been celebrating a little differently while taking all Covid SOP’s into consideration and only heading out if we really needed to, but the fashion game was strong nonetheless. Celebrities, socialites and fashionistas all took to social media to share their fabulous looks with their fans and we spotted quite a few favourites.

From classic silhouettes, to bold hues, to colour blocking and hair accessories, this Eid we definitely saw it all. Fashion came to the forefront of our Instagram feeds and one look after was serving major style inspiration for us. This Eid saw the return of the longer hemline, the extensive use of solid colours and we also made note of the extensive number of celebrities who wore pink. Hues of pink were on display on all three days of Eid and we decided to decode some of our favourite looks in pink.

Amna Baber

Amo B is the ultimate style star and while she has been away from the fashion scene of late, she still manages to make a statement each time she steps out. And of course, this Eid was no different. A quick scroll through the supermodel’s Instagram feed shows a display of some of the most fabulous outfits, both desi and western and we want to steal her wardrobe stat! This Eid, Amna Baber dazzled in a pretty pink mukesh ensemble and we can’t get our eyes off it. The outfit was adorned with gold and silver mukesh work all over as well as on the dupatta. Who knew this colour would look so fab on her. She completed her look with a pair of silver peep-toe heels and a pair of jhumka earrings. With her hair tied back in a sleek bun and a middle parting, and makeup on point, Amna Baber is our shining style star this Eid.

Ayeza Khan

Ayeza Khan is a natural beauty and takes to her Instagram on a regular basis to share lots of fabulous and stylish looks. She is the desi girl next door with a charming personality and a million-dollar smile. Her talent and fame knows no bounds and she is currently one of the most loved celebrities in the country. She is the face of many brands and this Eid, her Instagram account was a fashion extravaganza with all the looks she shared. Her first look however, happened to be our favourite. For this look, Ayeza Khan was clad in a pretty sorbet pink peshwas which was adorned with pretty white embroidery. The ensemble featured a matching dupatta and she teamed the look with lovely sparkly jewels and silver heels. Ayeza Khan opted for vintage waves and a soft makeup look and completed her look with her gorgeous smile.

Amna Ilyas

Amna Ilyas has always put her best foot forward in some of the edgiest looks and this Eid was a pleasant surprise when the model exuded major traditional vibes. The model took to her Instagram account and shared pictures of herself in her lovely Eid look and it is the prettiest shade of pink we’ve seen. Her outfit was rather simple yet made an everlasting statement. For her look, Amna Ilyas was clad in a short silk shirt which was paired with a matching gharara. Both the gharara and dupatta featured silver trimmings and the organza dupatta was beautifully draped over her. Amna Ilyas wore a pair of traditional chandbalis to accessorise but what stood out most was the pink bow she had in her hair. With her hair tied back into a neat bun and a soft makeup look, Amna Ilyas surely nailed the pretty in pink look this Eid.

Mawra Hocane

Mawra Hocane’s Instagram feed is full of pretty looks and the starlet never fails to impress in her desi attire. Her mandatory Friday picture gets hundreds of likes and shares and she serves major inspiration with her looks. She has sported a range and variety of colours but we’ve taken note that soft pastel hues compliment this starlet’s complexion best. This Eidul Azha, Mawra Hocane opted for a pretty pink outfit which featured a silk shalwar and an embroidered kameez. The outfit was paired with a sheer dupatta with an embroidered edge and the Sabaat actor accessorised with matching bangles and statement earrings. She opted for a soft, barely there makeup look and natural waves parted to the side. Overall, a simple, yet statement look.
