Process
The first thing you need to do is wash and peel the carrots. Next, grate the vegetable using a thick grater. Then, warm the milk on low heat in a thick- bottomed pan. Lower the heat and watch the milk till it reduces to half. When half of the milk is left, add in the grated carrots and stir until it becomes soft and the milk is mixed well with the carrots. In a separate pan, heat ghee and add in the cardamom and sugar. As the sugar dissolves, add in the cooked carrot and keep stirring until the ghee starts separating from the mixture. Garnish with fried cashew nuts and serve warm. It is one of the easiest, fastest and most delectable meetha you will ever have in your life. Start practicing now so you can surprise your loved ones on a special occasion. Trust us, it’s worth the hype!
