Sajal Aly has become a popular face in Pakistan’s entertainment circuit. Adding another feather to her already star-studded cap, Sajal has now bagged the International Icon Award at the Distinctive International Arab Festival Awards (DIAFA).
Sharing the exciting news on Instagram, she penned, “This award is special to me not just as an artist, but as a proud Pakistani. Thank you #DIAFA and thank you Dubai for honouring artists from around the world.” From her fellow showbiz stars to Twitter users, congratulatory messages and well-wishes have been pouring in for Sajal following her whopping win. “Super super proud of you @sajalaly” wrote her industry bestie Zara Noor Abbas on her Instagram Story. Hira Mani and Sadia Ghaffar commented on Sajal’s post with hearts while actor Momal Sheikh wrote, “MashAllah congratulations and you totally deserve this and we are super proud of you.” Minal Khan responded with, “Congratulations Sajal.” Her husband and actor Ahad Raza Mir shared, “Proud of you.”
