Shahroz Sabzwari is one Pakistani celebrity who has the ability to irk netizens and make remarks that will not go down well with social media users. The star often has a contrarian approach to almost everything including politics and now once again, has gotten Pakistanis riled up for his recent statement. The Nand star decided to take to Instagram and shared his views on the ongoing US elections; and let us tell you this, it didn’t go down well with people at all.

 

In the Instagram story, the Chain Aye Nah actor lauded US President Donald Trump and appears to be supporting him for a second term. We had to do a double take at his story to make sure we read correctly. The actor shared a picture of some graphs which highlighted the economic performance of the country under Trump’s presidency and wrote,”Trump for the second term! Economically he has proved and now deserves it.”

 

 

We’re not sure if Shahroz Sabzwari is aware of Trump’s racist stance and of course, his Instagram story did not sit well with the Twitterati. “If you’re ever confused about who to support in an argument or debate just see which side Shahroz Sabzwari is on and join the other one,” one social media user said, while another shared” Why does he even speak, he is so irrelevant,” another said.

 

Many people pointed out that his opinion was not really a valid one and that no one should even be listening to him. “What do you even expect from someone like him, ew,” wrote one user.

 

 

Some also advised that celebrities should never voice their opinions without having it approved from their publicists. “Personally I think pakistani celebrities should be under contract with their Publicists to never express their views on ANYTHING . Just stay quiet and look good for the cameras thas it,” expressed one netizen.

 

 

Then there were also those who tried to educate him on Trump and his stance towards Asians, and basically every race that isn’t white. “who’s gonna tell him that trump hates us South Asians?” questioned one user.

 

 

 

There are some however, who chose to defend him. “It’s hard not to hate him rn lol but guys everyone is entitled to their opinions. He doesn’t owe anyone anything so just ignore and scroll,” wrote one user.
