Their YouTube channel has over 169,000 subscribers and when you have dance moves like they do, it’s not surprising that they have amassed such a huge following in such a short time span. Just recently, on Independence Day, the girls uploaded a dance video which has been going viral and has been watched over one million times. The girls are in true Independence Day spirits and dressed in green and white as they kick start their video holding the Pakistan flag.

For Independence Day, the girls choreographed a special number to commemorate the day and danced on Haroon’s Dil Sey; a popular anthem that is often played on Independence Day. In the choreographed dance, Rabya and Srha have decided to take their viewers on a geographical tour of Pakistan with each province being represented by a piece of clothing from that region. The first outfit change shows the girls sporting Ajrak shawls which represent Sindh and it is followed by a quick change into Balochi waistcoats.

In between the transitions, the girls go back to their green and white outfits as they dance away while singing to the tune of Haroon’s classic hit single. As they progress during the song, they can be seen sporting silver matha patis which are traditionally donned by the women in Kashmir and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. They are in true Independence Day spirits as they add a pop of colour with red dupattas representing Punjab.

After taking viewers through all four provinces they continue to shake a leg and are joined by their friends at the end of the video who sing joyfully as they wave their flags. Everything about this video brings us nothing but pure joy and pride to know that there are such rich traditions and cultures present in the country.
