Former power couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s divorce took Hollywood by storm, when the Maleficent star filed for divorce back in 2016. The exes who parted ways following irreconcilable differences are still in the midst of a legal battle as they fight over the custody of their children – Maddox, 19, Pax, 16, Zahara, 15, Shiloh, 14, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 12. While Bradgelina’s relationship may be rocky for the past four years, Jolie’s Godmother is certain that the estranged pair will always put their kids first, no matter how dirty matters get between them. “Angelina and Brad will sort it out eventually. They both love the children so they will sort it out.”
Jacqueline Bisset, who was close friends with Angelina’s late mother Marcheline Betrand, revealed that Jolie and Pitt will always remain civil for the sake of their children, whom they love so dearly. In August this year, it was reported that Jolie wanted to remove the judge looking over her divorce case because she suspected unfair bias in favour of Pitt. Jolie’s lawyer said, “All my client is asking for is a fair trial based on facts, with no special favors extended to either side. The only way litigants can trust the process is for everyone involved to ensure that there’s transparency and impartiality.”

Judge John W. Ouderkirk later issued a response to Jolie’s claims, assuring both parties that he “can and will remain impartial” in their case. Two months after the judge’s filing, it was revealed that Jolie’s request to have him removed was denied. Jolie and Pitt met each other on the sets of Mr and Mrs Smith in 2005 and fell in love with each other. They dated for nearly a decade and nine years later, tied the knot at Chateau Miraval in France. But their marriage turned sour and the two called it splits just two years later. “It’s doubtful Brad will ever get married again,” said a source close to Pitt. “They make each other happy, and it’s an arrangement that is working for both of them.” Rumours of a budding romance between Pitt and model Nicole Poturalski have been making the rounds of late.
