Pakistan Super League (PSL) finalists – Karachi Kings and Lahore Qalandars – are all set to lock horns at the National Stadium today evening. With neither of the teams having been crowned as the champions in the tournament’s fiver-year of running, the match has cricket fans waiting with bated breaths to witness the winning moment – that too between arch-rivals in the sport. A clash between two of Pakistan’s biggest cities would be “magnificent” according to Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman, Wasim Khan. “There are some rivalries in sports world wide, just like Manchester United vs Manchester City; the Karachi vs Lahore encounter isn’t any different,” he said.
Khan continued, “Both are playing the final for the first time and I am sure it will be a magnificent event.
